CA Tool is provided exclusively for tax professionals, accountants, and businesses to process e-commerce sales reports. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws.
CA Tool processes and structures e-commerce sales data into GST-compliant formats with reasonable accuracy. However, we do not guarantee error-free output. It is your sole responsibility to review, verify, and validate all processed data before submitting it to the GST Portal or using it for tax filing. KVN Groups shall not be liable for any financial losses, penalties, legal consequences, or discrepancies arising from the use of this tool.
The application, its codebase, design, original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of KVN Groups and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the platform without prior written consent. Our trademarks and brand assets may not be used without authorization.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
